Avi Koschitzki is New Yorker willing to take a hit at Apple and AT&T over the iPhone 3G. Besides the usual complaints about AT&T’s 3G network and about Apple’s software updates this guy is thinking outside the box. He will take the hairline cracks of the iPhone’s 3G case to court too. He says that many such cracks are visible on unused iPhones and Apple is selling them like that. Will he win or will he loose?
